We provide mobile notary public and signing agent services to Alameda and Contra Costa, within California. We meet you at your location or a mutually agreeable location at the time you specify. Home, office, real estate office, title company, escrow office, hospital, nursing home, senior center or wherever you need to be. Providing this service allows people to save time and inconvenience, while taking care of important matters which require notarizations.

Notary fees within California are prescribed by the Secretary of State at $15. per notarized signature.
In addition, depending on location and travel distance, there may be a small fee for travel to your location.
Within Berkeley, this fee ranges from $20 to $65 depending on zip code.
Outside of Berkeley, the fee is dependent on time and mileage, but is typically under $65.
