Process Server - We do charge $25.00 for any Bad Addresses provided to us.
If the address provided is not valid for service, we will inform you immediately and provide a detailed description of what we encountered.

You must bring the "Live Scan Fingerprint Background Check Request" with you to your appointment and a valid picture ID.
If you are not sure whether or not you have the correct form, please contact whomever is requiring you to be fingerprinted and have them direct you to the proper form before your appointment.
