When the business day is over, but life is still happening, I will come to you to take care of your Notary Public needs. Certifying that a signer personally appeared before the Notary, was identified by the Notary and acknowledged signing the document. As found in affidavits and other sworn documents, certifying that the signer personally appeared before the Notary, signed in the Notary's presence and took an oath or affirmation from the Notary.

Oaths and affirmations are spoken solemn promises to a Supreme Being (oath) or on one's own personal honor (affirmation). Both are promises of truthfulness and have the same legal effect. Certifying that a subscribing witness personally appeared and swore to the Notary Public that another person, the principal, signed a document. Certifying a signed, written declaration made by the owner or holder of a document that a copy is a true copy of the original.

Certifying, when requested by the Secretary of State, that a copy of a requested journal entry is a true copy of that entry.
