Notary Functions, is a Mobile Notary service that serves the needs of individuals and businesses that require a flexible and dependable Notary Public to notarize important documents fast. I will meet with the borrower at a designated time and location. I will ensure that the borrower signs, initials and dates the loan documents in all appropriate places, then notarize the borrower's signature where necessary.
Beyond just notarizing a document, a notary public often acts as a "signing agent, " and performs many non-notarial acts, such as printing and collating copies, ensuring that the title or escrow agent's instructions are carried out, helping borrowers locate specific pages within a loan signing package and collecting escrow deposits. Once this is completed, I will make sure that the signed and notarized loan documents are delivered to the closing agent or other designated office as soon as possible.
Meeting the borrower at their home, office or another convenient location for the signing, will eliminate the need for a time-consuming trip by the borrower to close the loan.
