Please know that any and all signers will be required to present a valid photo id for proof of identification.
If there will be a need for witnesse(s), please ensure that they are on time and there before we arrive.

Also don't forget if you are traveling without your children to have a POA left with who is staying home with your children, for them in case of emergency medical treatment needed while you are away.
