iWitness Mobile Notary
Brennan Davis, taking the Oath of Office, promises to uphold the notary laws of North Carolina. I am a notary, but I recognize that I am an extension of your office. That means my role includes delivering defect-free signings that make your clients (lenders and borrowers) feel secure. I follow the instructions given to me regarding corrections. I'll always reach out to the Loan Officer, attorney or other point-of-contact, if instructed to do so.

If a document is meant to be completed at the time of the signing, you can be certain that it will be, whether it's an affidavit or an in-depth PCOR. I will take the time to help the signers to understand the documents before them and I will make the necessary phone calls to ensure the document package is executed properly. I understand the difference that 24 hours can make.

A deal should never fall through for something so simple as dropping documents on-time. I know the last pick-up times at my local UPS & FedEx points and my practice is to drop on-time, whenever possible.
Services
Born from the desire to provide a meaningful and underserved need, I founded iWitness Mobile Notary to offer convenient access to a highly-trained and certified notary signing agent, specializing in the mortgage & real estate industries.
Warm and professional, I have represented many companies, often being the only face a client sees.
I am liked and respected in the professions of tax and personal finance, life and health insurance, real estate, consulting and in-home sales.
Stop screening signing agents.
A client shouldn't run the risk of having the validity of their document challenged by a third party or authority.
Formal training and a notary's knowledge of current regulations are key elements to having their loan signing document stand up under scrutiny.
Your clients' documents deserve respect; moreover, your client deserves to feel confident that nothing was missed.
Loan documents are sensitive and require an environment that fosters confidentiality.
Clients should not feel rushed, leaving the notarial act itself vulnerable to improper execution.
Notaries are public officers of the State of North Carolina charged with protecting the public from fraud and forgery.
The primary tools notaries use in fulfilling this statutory obligation are requiring personal appearance, positively identifying signers and recording evidence of the notarization in a journal of notary acts.
Notaries have a vital role in protecting the citizens of North Carolina and facilitating commerce for those doing business in the Old North State.
Therefore, a notarization is the completion and validation of a certificate by a notary, who certifies information about signers and documents.
