I called out for a Notary on a holiday Monday for a client who is disabled and unable to travel.
She needed an affidavit Notarized and sent off the same day.

Travel charges are additional, and are calculated for each individual appointment upon location.

No, the State of California considers that to be giving legal advice, since there are so many different POA's available for different needs.
Notaries can only verify the identity of the signer.

The best advice I can give is to contact the bank directly and ask what POA form they will accept.
Many banks these days require you to use their specific POA form, due to liability issues.
