Thank you for visiting Lakewood Live Scan Fingerprinting & Notary. We are a Private Service Provider approved by the Department of Justice to process live scan request and FBI ink cards. Appointments are required and can be booked online or give us a call at (562) 531-9199. The processing fee DOES NOT include the DOJ and/or FBI fees, please call our office with the ORI for current DOJ/FBI fees.
All live scan services require a Live Scan Request Form from your agency and a valid, unexpired government issued ID, drivers license or passport NO exceptions. Identity must be verified with a valid, unexpired government issued identification card, drivers license or passport. A valid, unexpired ID or drivers license is required for live scan, ink cards, and/or notary services, no exceptions.
