MainLineNotary is just me, John Potts, a duly licensed, sworn, bonded and insured Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
I am licensed, bonded and insured as a notary for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
As such, I am a public official commissioned by the state and bound by laws that hold me accountable for properly identifying signers, taking acknowledgments, administering oaths and maintaining records in the performance of notarial acts.
In addition to the above credentials, I am trained and certified by the National Notary Association as a Notary Signing Agent for loans and mortgages, and am also a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries (PAN).

Fair and reasonable pricing for superior notarial services!
In Pennsylvania, basic fees for specified notarial acts are prescribed by the Commonwealth.
However, Pennsylvania notaries are free to charge reasonable discretionary administrative/service fees in addition to the regulated fees.
Main Line Notary charges $40 for this administrative/service fee.
Remote service is $65 for 1 participant and document, $10 each additional participant and/or document in the same session.
