My services include general notary work such as POA's, wills, field trip permission forms, health care forms, etc. Whatever you need a notary public for, I can provide the service. All signers must provide valid government issued photo identification in order for me to accommodate their needs.
All signers must be able to indicate to me that they understand the document that they are signing. I do not provide the documents themselves as I am not an attorney and I am not licensed to practice law. I also provide witness closings for loans of all types. Real estate purchases, helocs, refinance, and automobile purchases. My fees are reasonable based on travel and how many documents I will be notarizing.
