I am not allowed to certify the copy directly (the only exception is for a copy of a Power of Attorney, when you present both the original and the copy to me for notarization).

I do not charge late fee for waiting (15 minutes max), but please be courteous and be prompt and have all required signing parties and witnesses (if needed) there, as I may have other appointments that I already committed to.
