Services
The Kentucky Notary Network is a group of hand-selected, professional mobile notaries and loan signing agents who cover the entire state.
The notary referral network concept was popularized in the mid-2000's by several veteran Texas signing agents.
It's a proven model that has seen success in many states since then.
When you call our convenient phone number, +1 (833) GOT-NOTARY [468-6682], you'll be given the choice to select the territory where you need a loan closed.
Whether you need a loan signing agent in Western Kentucky, Central Kentucky, the Bluegrass Region or Eastern Kentucky, we're there for you!
I'm a husband to Kayla, father to Tatum, Sammy, Reyner and Adalee and a third-generation attorney with over 25 years of experience.
I originally launched KentuckyNotary.net in order to showcase the services that I offer northeastern Kentucky as a mobile notary, loan signing agent and (eventually!)
But after finally discovering the network model, I pivoted my website and vanity number and chose to use them to promote a network instead.
By forming the Kentucky Notary Network, we are now able to offer our loan closing services to companies (and individuals) throughout the entire state.
Kentucky Notary Network's notary services make life easier.
After your documents are notarized, our members provide loan signers with their own copy of documents and drop them off for timely shipment.
Notarization of a document carries with it a legal effect.
Inherently, there are documents that carry legal significance and state governments deem it necessary to appoint trusted individuals to oversee and witness their execution.
Kentucky Notary Network members are among the most experienced and highly-respected notaries across the state.
Thanks to our state laws, there are two ways to solve the social distance problem, but you have to keep in mind whether or not the end-user of the document will accept an electronic document in place of a live notarization.
In most cases, the answer is yes, but your best bet is to get approval beforehand.
When an online notary performs a remote online notarization (also known as RON) it all sounds very technical and complicated.
And while the technology that allows for RON is indeed complex, the process is fairly simple.
Notarizing documents that will be sent to a different country requires an authentication or apostille.
However, requesting for the apostille or authentication is up to your signer, not you (the notary).
Before we proceed to look at the process of requesting an apostille or authentication, let's first explain what an apostille and authentication certificate is.
An apostille is a certificate that is often attached to a document by an appropriate or authorized government official after the document has been notarized.
