For lenders, a loan signing agent is the critical final link to complete the loan.
Hired as an independent contractor to ensure that real estate loan documents are executed by the borrower, notarized, and returned for processing on time.
Completing this critical part of the loan process enables the loan to be funded.
Certification is not required by law to become a loan signing agent.
However, many companies ask if they can contract for assignments to be certified and background screened to meet Consumer Financial Protection Bureau compliance requirements for third-party service providers hired by financial institutions.

Any time exceeding the guaranteed 60 minutes (1 Hour), will incur an additional base location fee for every 60 minute block of time thereafter.
Notary Public will wait 15 minutes for signer/borrower to gather documents and/or identification to begin the notarization and/or signing.
If the signer/borrower does not have everything prepared, the Notary Public will ask the Client/Borrower to reschedule the appointment.
Insurance companies, investors, lenders and other businesses often need photographic evidence to help process insurance claims, make a financial offer or other business needs.
For example, photos of an automobile's condition might be needed to verify the details of a car accident or an investor may be in a different location and needs property photos prior to purchase.
Photo inspectors make an appointment to meet the involved parties, take any photos requested and then forward the photos to the hiring agency.
