Samantha L. Bloemer was born and raised in Covington, Louisiana. She attended Covington High School and Southeastern Louisiana University. She earned her Bachelors of Arts in English with a concentration in Creative Writing in 2011. Samantha currently is enrolled in the part-time evening law program at Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she will earn her Juris Doctor in May of 2025.
In 2013, Samantha was commissioned as a Louisiana Civil Law Notary Public with statewide jurisdiction. She can prepare, pass, and notarize acts and documents in any Parish in the State of Louisiana. Samantha has been employed in the legal field since 2010 and currently carries 10 times the state requirement in Errors and Omissions insurance coverage.
