All preparations and filings include e-filing (when possible) and FREE drop-off and pick-up (up to 30 miles from Factoryville office).
You are always welcome to meet us at our office if that makes you more comfortable.
The main function of a Notary Public is to detect and defer fraud by giving credibility to sensitive signed documents.
There is a $30 mobile service fee for each notarization within a 30 mile radius of our office in Factoryville.
There is an additional $.50/mile fee for any clients beyond the 30 mile limit.
You are always welcome to meet us at our office if that makes you more comfortable.

This includes drivers licences, identification cards, and passports.
If you don't have any of these types of I.D.'s please contact us to learn about other acceptable forms of identification.
