Please note that the name on the ID must be exactly the same or longer than the name on the document being signed and notarized. Two Credible Witnesses may be used when signer does not possess an acceptable form of identification. The Credible Witnesses cannot be related to the Signer, nor can they be named in the documents. Wait Time - $15 added after 15 minutes past scheduled appointment time and $15 after each 15 minutes thereafter.
Please note: Travel and wait fees still apply if notarization cannot be performed (for example, due to signer lacking proper ID or notarization requiring rescheduling/cancellation) once Notary has traveled to client's location.
