I notarize most documents including Living Trusts, Power of Attorney, Affidavits, Deeds & Medical Directives. Acknowledgment: Used to verify the identity of the signer and to confirm that they signed the document. The signer does not swear to the truthfulness or validity of the document, just simply to personally appear in front of a notary to confirm the signer's identity.

I am not an attorney and therefore, by law can not suggest what type of certificate you need. I can not explain, interpret, advise, prepare or show you how to complete a document. Any important questions should be addressed to the lender, title company or an attorney. At the time of your appointment, you will be asked to present an acceptable valid identification issued within the last five years.

This is required in the State of California for all notarizations. Your signature & right thumbprint will also be recorded in the Notary journal. I provide a convenient mobile notary service in Chino as well as the surrounding communities & counties.
