We offer mobile notary service "after" normal business hours, weekends and holidays. We can witness and notarize documents at any destination of your choice. Home, office or even a coffee shop! We provide service in all of Kissimmee and Greater Orlando area, as well as several near-by counties (Osceola, Orange, Seminole, and Polk counties). Our Notary services are open to the public and private sector.

Please note: Each signature notarized is a notarial act; each page that you need to notarize is also a notarial act. Example 1, If one person appears before a notary to notarize a single document is will cost $10 to have that document notarized. Example 2, If two people appear before a notary to notarize a single document it will cost $20 to notarize both signatures.

If the document has two pages that both need to be notarized and there are two people signing it, it will cost $40 to notarize both documents. Prices do not include mobile notary service charge and additional service fees if applicable.

If the document/s being notarized require witnesses and you don't have anyone to serve as a witness we can supply a witness for you.
A witness is an additional person who is not a party to the transaction and is present to witness the signing of the specific document.
Some documents require an apostille seal or notarial certification in order to be recognized in foreign countries.
After we notarize your document/s we will send them to the Department of State for the appropriate certification.
Original notarized documents that have been correctly notarized in English, or have been certified as true copies by a Florida Notary Public.
School transcripts from FLORIDA public schools and universities that have had the SIGNATURE OF THE SCHOOL REGISTRAR or ISSUING OFFICIAL NOTARIZED AT THE TIME OF ISSUANCE.
If you're asking a Notary to notarize the signature of a person who is not present, you're requesting a criminal act.
Both you and the Notary could go to jail, be fined or both.
A Notary's most important duty is to positively identify each and every document signer to prevent forgery.
Reliable IDs should be current, government-issued and have a photograph, signature and physical description (height, hair color, etc.) of the signer.
Cards such as state driver's licenses and nondriver's IDs, military IDs and passports are acceptable.
