Notary A To Z
Hi, my name is Laurel, and I am a mobile notary public in Tucson. Since 2016, I've helped thousands of people with notarization, apostille, and loan-signing services. I am professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will travel to your home, office, hospital room, coffee shop, private jet, or any other location that's convenient for you. I am a certified Arizona notary public and notary signing agent bonded with $5,000 and insured with a $100,000 E&O policy.

I am a member of the National Notary Association.
Services
What are your rates?
Mobile notary services are $10 per notarized signature plus a travel fee of 44.5 per mile, measured from Grant and Columbus in Tucson.
Other unexpired government issued identification card issued by the US government, a state or US territory, or a tribal government.
Must contain a photograph, signature, and physical description that includes height, weight, eye color, and hair color.
For real-estate conveyance and financing only: Valid, unexpired passport issued by a national government other than the US government.
Need an apostille to use a document in another country?
I can make the apostille process quick and easy.
I will come to your location, notarize the document (if needed), take it to the Arizona Secretary of State, get it apostilled, and return it to you or send it directly to the receiving country.
If the document needs additional authentication or certification, I can send it to my partners in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Washington, DC, who will take it to the relevant consulate or embassy for processing.
Need a mobile notary to complete your loan package?
Whether you're signing a home loan, refinance, HUD loan, commercial loan, or reverse mortgage, I can help.
As a Fidelity-approved notary signing agent, I can walk you through the entire loan-signing process.
I will print the loan package, bring it to your location, explain each document as you sign it, notarize where indicated, and return the signed package to your title company.
Why do I need a notary signing agent?
A regular notary public is not authorized to perform a loan signing.
